Elva has over 15 Years’ experience in resource management planning, policy analysis and community engagement. She specialises in cultural and natural resource planning. Elva has worked for Environment Southland, Opus Consultants and Bay of Plenty Regional Council. Prior to leaving Auckland Council in 2013, Elva oversaw mana whenua engagement and developed Maori policy for the Auckland Unitary Plan.

Malc has over eight years’ experience in sustainable land management, resource management planning, and project planning. Malc is our GIS specialist, focusing on data analysis and data presentation. Malcolm has worked for Environment Waikato, Bay of Plenty Regional Council and Ibboost prior to forming Conroy and Donald Consultants Ltd in 2013.
